The Sudbury Catholic District School Board (SCDSB) is located in north-central Ontario. Its headquarters are in Sudbury and it operates 19 elementary schools and 4 conventional secondary schools with a total number of students exceeding 6,000. Sudbury is a beautiful town that offers its residents a perfect combination of urban life conveniences and a unique natural environment. The region is known all over Canada for its 330 pristine lakes and over 200 km of scenic trails and outdoor adventure opportunities. It is worth mentioning, that Sudbury is often called the Education Capital of the North, as it offers a number of options for post-secondary education, including Laurentian University, Cambrian College, and College Boreal.

International Student Program is available in four high schools of the Board. Administrators, teachers, support staff, and students of the SCDSB know how to create a safe and welcoming school atmosphere. First-rate, innovative labs and modern school facilities create a proper educational environment. International students are offered a wide range of specialized programs to choose from: Advanced Placement, Reach Ahead, ESL, Specialist High-Skills Majors (Health and Wellness, Information Communication Technology, Business, Manufacturing, Transportation, Sports), Cooperative Education, French Immersion, Arts, Drama.

Specialist High-Skills Majors are designed for those students who want to know more about a specific economic sector. The Program lets high school students develop their own, individual career paths to match their interests. It also meets all the necessary requirements of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).

The Dual Credit Program offered for high school students working towards an Ontario Secondary School Diploma, gives them an opportunity to earn credits that count towards both their high school diploma and a college diploma. Technology and Trade courses offer students an opportunity to explore and practice trade-related skills that include communication technology, construction technology, health care, manufacturing, technological design, and transportation technology.

The Sudbury Catholic District School Board is proud of its wide choice of e-learning courses at both the applied and academic levels. All e-learning courses are taught by specialized teachers who regularly provide feedback and assessment. 

The extracurricular program at the schools of the Sudbury Catholic District Board includes championship-winning sports teams, dynamic school clubs and student committees, and outdoor adventure opportunities. Sports teams include alpine and Nordic skiing, badminton, baseball, basketball, cross-country running, curling, football soccer, flag football, golf, hockey, softball, swimming, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. The Student Council, Student Senate, Book Club, Robotics Club, Music Club, Photography Club, Enviro-Club, and International Travel Club are also popular among the SCDSB students.

The Sudbury Catholic District School Board offers its Homestay Program in partnership with Canada Homestay Network (CHN). 15 years of experience and thousands of satisfied students make CHN the best service provider in the industry. The Homestay Monthly Fee is 850 CAD and the Annual Homestay Placement Fee is 250 CAD.

The Full-year Tuition Fee is 13,000 CAD, the Application Fee is 250 CAD.
