The College was established in 1967 as a trade school in the city of Thunder Bay in the province of Ontario. Currently Confederation College offers more than sixty full-time programs on the post-secondary level with more than three thousand students studying them. The campus in Thunder Bay is the main one of the college, but it also has campuses in Fort Frances, Greenstone, Dryden and Wawa. Thunder Bay is the second largest municipality in Northern Ontario in terms of the number of its citizens. Accommodation
