First, Loyola Residence. It’s a tall building which comprises both: rooms for single living and double rooms. Some of the floors are quiet, some are for women only, some are only for men and living on some floors drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited. So you may choose the floor and a room which will be more comfortable for you to live in. Here a double room would cost in total of around $12000 for an academic year and a thousand more for living in a single room.

Another residence has only four floors, each floor has three suites and each suite has two double rooms and two single rooms inside them. Each floor has a special lounge room for students to communicate with each other, play board games or do their studies. Living in a double room with a shared bath and kitchen costs for $7175 and single room for approximately $13800 depending on what kind of meal plan you’re going to choose.

And the third seventeen floored residence is constructed in the apartment style. On each floor students have only six apartments which have either two double rooms inside or three single rooms. Students who live in one apartment share a living room, a lavatory and a kitchen. Living in such an apartment allows students to become very responsible and collaborative, as they learn how to share living space with other people and keep it clean and safe. Living in the apartment style residence in a single room costs from $8700 to $14000, the price varies according to the meal plan you want to purchase.

Students who wish to live in the first two dormitories are obliged to buy a meal plan, which allows them to visit a dining room and have breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever they want.
