New Westminster, which is also called New West, was founded in 1858 on the bank of the Fraser River in the province of British Columbia. Studying the program of Legal Administrator will cost an international student a little more than $14000 and around $18000 for studying on the program of accounting and payroll administrator with practice.

Diploma of Business Administration or Hospitality Management can also be earned in Winston College, together with certificate of bookkeeping, diploma of sport management and accounting diploma. To be eligible for the program of Sport management in Winston College, international students need to provide a high school diploma and have a minimum of five in Academic IELTS together with a number of other requirements. During the program students learn how to manage sports business, will develop skills important for working in the field, moreover students will have a chance to achieve a personal trainer certificate if they successfully pass a special exam outside of the college.

There is another program of Winston College which lasts for two years and leads to the diploma in Hospitality Management, where students learn about planning for food and beverages operations, purchasing food operations, how to manage hospitality human resource and hotel and restaurant accounting and a number of other courses. If a student finishes each term successfully, they achieve additional certificates of specialization. The fees for tuition for the international students is, on average, around $12000 for an academic year.
