Accommodation

College offers two main housing options: living on campus in a special residence and off campus in a rented apartment. First of all, the Residences of Loyalist College are very convenient places to live in as they are located near the college campus, so you can get to your classes in just a few minutes walk. More than four hundred students enjoy their life in the Loyalist College residences, living in fully furnished rooms with air conditioning, laundry and study facilities. Living in a townhouse will cost a student around $7300 for an academic year and residence in the apartment style dormitory will cost a thousand dollars less - around $6200 for the same period.
