The YMCAs of Québec is a part of the YMCA Network in Canada. This worldwide youth organization has 40 service points across the Québec province. The first YMCA in North America was founded in Montreal in 1851 and spread the idea of Christian principles and the development of a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

The YMCA focuses their work on Children and Youth, Health and Fitness, Community Programs, and Language School. Health and Fitness Programs include Group Fitness, Aquatics, Sports and Recreation, Conditioning Room, Small Group and Private Training. There are special offers for different age groups: Parent and Baby / Family Activities and Senior Activities. First Aid and CPR Courses, Fitness Instructor Training and Active Workplace Program are also available.

This approach, introduced by qualified teachers is fun and effective. The camp is located at Collège de Montréal and is easily accessible by public transportation. Campers also visit many local parks and other Montreal attractions.
