The Custodian 提供50％的退款 保管人服务  in case of visa and study permit refusal. Client has to send official letter from Canada Immigration about visa refusal as a proof and start of refund process. Refund process takes around 1-2 weeks. Bank Transaction fees on client's side (around $30 CAD).

The Custodian 不提供额外的退款 学习许可证和签证服务 in case of visa refusal.

The Custodian 如果签证被拒签，则负责退还学费 入学服务 to Canadian High School. Refund of tuition fees from partner High school starts with getting official refusal letter from Canada Immigration from client and takes 30-60 days, depends on each school process and refund policy.

The Custodian is in charge for accommodation fees refund in case of visa and/or study permit rejection. However, Accommodation Placements fees are non-refundable in any situation.
