Bank Transaction fees on client's side (around $30 CAD).

Refund of tuition fees from partner High school starts with getting official refusal letter from Canada Immigration from client and takes 30-60 days, depends on each school process and refund policy.

The Custodian is in charge for accommodation fees refund in case of visa and/or study permit rejection. However, Accommodation Placements fees are non-refundable in any situation.
